Argon Credit is a provider of personal loans and requested an update to their marketing website. This work was done in parallel to the redesign of their loan application. Based on competitor research and an analysis of their website it was determined that unifying their brand along with consolidating content was a priority. This would allow Argon to better convey who they are as well as build trust and creditability.
Devbridge had an existing conference room web app and wanted to make a minor update to help improve the legibility of the room name. Upon reviewing the existing app and third-party conference room apps as well as gathering user reviews from employees, I determined that much more work was needed. The outcome was an app that aligned with the new Devbridge brand as well as provide the opportunity for a better user experience with a cleaner and more legible user interface.
Optiv, which is formally known as Accuvant and FishNet Security, is a security solutions provider and was looking for a new website to launch their now merged companies. I worked with key stakeholders in coming up with a visual design that represented this new company.
Designed an application for a bank that would help their small business customers needs when it came to accounting, payroll and team management. Also included in the app was access to bank advisors and small business resources, which allows customers to get the help they need quickly.
Devbridge requested a t-shirt design for their employees to hand out at the beginning of the year. After many sketches, I landed on an almost complete rubix cube accompanied by one of their core values: Seek Mastery. To be able to completely master a rubix cube requires both hard work and dedication. This combined with the fun and playful element of a rubix cube perfectly symbolized how we strive to seek mastery in our everyday work at Devbridge.
Below is a design concept of an onboarding email series for new users of Basecamp. I've used Basecamp in the past and received their emails, but thought some improvement could be made on how they introduce new users to their product. Having a welcoming and helpful set of onboarding emails allows for a better user experience from the start. This in turn allows trust to begin building between brand and customer.
JSSI was looking to redesign their website to accommodate the growing number of products they offer as well as update the brand. The concept I landed on attempted to unify their multiple offerings, which either existed on separate websites or didn’t exist online at all. I also enhanced their brand visually to reflect their company values and how they perceive themselves in the market.
OptionsHouse partnered with Chicago Cares to help fix up Melody Elementary School on Chicago's west side. Along with volunteering to help the school, I came up with some design concepts for t-shirts that volunteers could wear to help represent us.
I conducted several tests using @litmusapp to determine the size of our mobile audience for prospective and existing customers. The results showed that the majority of our audience was using a mobile device to view our emails. This led me to redesign and develop the marketing emails to be responsive. The use of flat, high-contrast colors were incorporated into the design to allow for better legibility on a mobile device all while maintaining the brand look.
